Join us for a dreamy evening of sound and relaxation 🌙💤💜

• Sound experience using crystal singing bowls, grounding percussive instruments, and guided visualization to help you get super cozy and ready for sleep. Lets dream together :)

  
  

• Guests will have the opportunity to craft their own herbal dream support pillow with rose quartz and sip a cup of relaxing dream tea to- go after we conclude.

• Leave with a practice to help ritualize, recall and track your dreams.

• Space is limited. All are Welcome ( 16 & up please).
