Join us for an easful Sound bath and a return to the land at Grub Farm. Cozy down and enjoy a cup of loose leaf hot tea and emmersive sound experience with Heather Leveroni.
All are welcome! 16 and up please.
Please bring what you need to be comfortable laying on the ground outside. Some suggested items are: yoga mat or ground padding , blanket, pillows, and layered clothing. If sitting is more accesible then please bring what you need to be comfortable and secure during this experience.
Water and loose leaf hot tea bar provided.
DIRECTIONS: You will pass the Grub Farm stand on West Sacramento . Then you will be making your first LEFT on DERRY RD and then your first LEFT into the driveway at the farm. Please pull into the driveway to park. *Then you can walk back BEHIND THE BARN to the walnut grove. I will have…
